Product introduction
Октадекаамин
Белый восковой твердый кристалл, щелочной. Легко растворим в хлороформе, растворим в этаноле, эфире и бензоле, мало растворим в ацетоне, нерастворим в воде.
Его получают путем аммонификации и гидрирования стеариновой кислоты. Стеариновую кислоту и аммиак непрерывно и количественно подают в жидкофазную реакционную колонну и аммиакируют при 350°C с образованием октадеканнитрила. После промывки и очистки водой его добавляют в автоклав и гидрируют под действием никелевого катализатора при 130°С и давлении около 3,5 МПа с образованием октадециламина. Продукт гидрирования осаждают для удаления катализатора и получения готового продукта. При лабораторном приготовлении октадеканнитрил Chemicalbook и абсолютный этанол кипятили и кипятили с обратным холодильником, а для реакции добавляли металлический натрий. Реакционную смесь выливают в разбавленную соляную кислоту, охлаждают до получения октадециламина гидрохлорида, а затем обрабатывают 20% раствором гидроксида натрия до получения октадециламина.
