The paints based on alkyd resins, the molecules of the structure, in particular, create strong structural interactions involving the formation of films able to cover any type of surface by protecting against aging, weather and wear. Historically, the paints made from alkyd resins have been among the first to be used in the construction industry, in particular in the production of exterior paints and enamels, and in the production of products for the treatment of surfaces exposed to particularly arduous conditions, for example various ferrous metal substrates such as structural steel, railings, equipment and machinery.
The enamel paints and iron oxide red primers were formulated with the water soluble alkyd resins and their performance were evaluated by monitoring adhesion, viscosity, dry time, gloss, impact resistance and hardness, adhesion, flexibility. The corrosion resistance properties of the coatings were evaluated by salt spray. It is observed that alkyd resin WL-0310B has better mechanical and anticorrosive properties than the rest of the water soluble polymers.

Construction description
1. This product can be air spraying, brush coating, radiate coating.
2. Before use, the paint beam is evenly waved, the water amount is different in different construction methods, and about 10-20% water is added to dilute, and the paint is evenly added while stirring, and the mechanical bubbles brought into the mixing can be filtered out with a 100-day filter.
3. It is strictly prohibited to mix with other coatings and organic solvents, strong acids or strong broken substances.

Surface treatment
The surface of the coated material requires no moisture, no oil, no acid shout, no ash flow, etc.
Oxidized steel: Treated to Sa2.5 by shot blasting or sandblasting, and where sandblasting cannot be performed, mechanical grinding or chemical treatment should be performed to remove all floating broken shoulders.
Non-oxide steel: sandblasting (shot blasting) treatment to Sa2.5 or wind, electric grinding tools to St3.
Welding, flame cutting or pyrotechnical burning parts: grinding to St3 level.
Old paint film substrate: Remove loose old paint film and iron embroidery, and polish it to St3 level with pneumatic and electric grinding tools.
Ventilation conditions, temperature, film thickness and other factors will affect the drying time accordingly. The typical data listed are based on the following conditions:
≤0.5h (25℃C)
Dry ≤24h (25℃℃)
Recoating time can be recoated after practical drying, or wet spray to the film thickness (paint film shall not hang)
The recommended number of coating lines is 1 20-30μm and 2 dry films 40-60μm

Notes
Please clean the surface thoroughly and dry in advance. Loose particles and chips must be removed without leaving any residue. Before applying, we recommend roughening the surface so that an optimal adhesive bridge is created. After roughening, the surface should be dry dusted or vacuumed. We always recommend a double coat to achieve an opaque result. The table, which includes the consumption information, is already designed for a double layer. For light colours that are applied to dark coloured surfaces, it may happen that they only cover completely after several coats. Do not stir more material than you can completely use during the specified processing time. Otherwise, there is a risk that part of the material hardens prematurely and becomes unusable. Please note that the colours are displayed differently on each monitor. To ensure that this is the desired colour, please take a RAL colour fan to hand and match the colour. Please note that colour deviations cannot be excluded for coloured products that come from different batches. We therefore ask to order the quantity you need in full and do not split into multiple orders at different times.
