Physical and chemical properties: Colorless and transparent oily liquid, strongly alkaline, smelling of ammonia, flammable, highly toxic, slightly soluble in water, miscible with organic solvents。

Main uses: used as organic synthesis intermediates, and can be used to prepare dye intermediates, rubber accelerators, nitrocellulose paints, pesticides, catalysts, preservatives, gas phase corrosion inhibitors and fuel antioxidant additives, etc. It is used in the manufacture of rubber vulcanization accelerators, insecticides, catalysts, preservatives, etc. It is also used as insecticides, acid gas absorbers and steel rust inhibitors. Fatty acid salts and sulfates of dicyclohexylamine have the stain-removing properties of soap and are used in the printing, dyeing and textile industries. Its metal complexes are used as catalysts for inks and paints.
