As an important node in the construction of China Coal’s Energy and Chemical Project, the loading of the methanol synthesis tower catalyst marks the completion of the installation and commissioning of the on-site equipment, and the device has officially entered the stage of preparation for commissioning.
The filling of the catalyst in the synthesis tower of China Coal and Energy Chemical is an extremely important task. The technical requirements for filling are very strict, and the filling effect of the catalyst directly affects the output of qualified MTO methanol, and even affects the long-term stability of the entire methanol plant. run.
On March 5th, the catalyst refilling of the conversion furnace in the conversion section of the China Coal Eneng Chemical Gasification Center was fully launched. This marked an important step for the methanol project conversion device for the start-up trial operation, and for the system replacement of the entire device in the later period. The increase in temperature and pressure, and the elimination of heat tightness have created favorable conditions.
The second phase of China Coal E Energy Chemical’s construction of a synthesis gas production of 1 million tons of methanol technology transformation project is located in Ordostuke Industrial Park, Inner Mongolia, using Zemak BGL fixed-bed molten slag gasification technology, purification (low temperature methanol washing + methane cryogenic Separation) technology and advanced methanol synthesis technology with low consumption and low energy consumption, and build an MTO grade methanol plant with an annual output of 1 million tons. On September 21, 2018, the project started to lay the foundation.
The construction of the 2 million tons of synthetic ammonia/3.5 million tons of urea project of China Coal E Energy and Chemical Corporation started in two phases, of which the 1 million tons of synthetic ammonia/1.75 million tons of urea project (the first phase) was equipped with a 2×40000Nm3/h air separation plant. It has been completed and put into production in 2013, and has completed the construction of part of the second-phase public facilities and all office and living facilities. According to the current market and operating conditions, the second phase of the project plans to change the production of synthetic ammonia and urea to the production of 1 million tons of methanol, and realize the supply of MTO grade methanol raw materials to the olefin plant of China Coal and Mongolia.
