According to the forecast data of relevant institutions, with the expansion of the application range of water-based coatings, it is predicted that the proportion of water-based coatings in China can reach 20% in five years. In the next five years, China’s water-based coating production will grow at an average growth rate of 23%, and it is predicted that China’s water-based coating production will be about 2.84 million tons in 2018 and reach 7 million tons in 2023.
