Product description

This product is a water-based inorganic heat-resistant coating, the base material and filler are composed of hot, non-combustible inorganic substances. The base material contains a large number of OH active groups, which react quickly with the active components in the filler and the active surface of steel to generate inorganic polymers with three-dimensional structure. The coating is integrated with the steel matrix to form a heat-resistant and anti-corrosion coating with electrical  chemical protection and physical shielding. It is especially suitable for the long-term protection of steel structures working in high temperature and corrosive environment.

It is mainly used for abrasion resistance of refractory materials in industrial kilns, oxidation resistance of carbon steel or stainless steel matrix in high-temperature kiln oil cracking equipment and high-temperature equipment.
