Paint mist coagulant YSB-01A/YSB-08A is a paint denaturant used in water supply detergent spray room, suitable for most types of paint. Examples include alkyd melamine resins, UV-hardened paints, polyester fillers, acrylic resin paints, film glazes (e.g. hammering glazes), elastic varnishes, high solid content paints.

By breaking the viscosity of the paint, it becomes a manageable particle that floats. It can keep the spray painting room clean and reduce the workload of equipment maintenance. Depending on the type of equipment and paint, the normal concentration is maintained at 0.2%. The addition amount must be as steady as possible, about 5-15% of the collected overspray (that is, depending on the overspray amount).

Paint mist coagulant YSB-01A/YSB-08A is a kind of organic and synthetic cationic polymer flocculant.

For damaged paint, we need to use YSB-01B to collect fine paint slag and make it rise faster. By adjusting the amount of YSB-01B, the degree of softness and hardness of paint slag can be controlled, so as to facilitate the slag removal.

Third, why do we use paint mist coagulants
The so-called paint mist coagulant is used to extract paint mist from the circulating water in the spray room of the water curtain. Paint mist coagulants are generally divided into two agents A and B, and agent A is injected at the mouth of the circulating pump to remove the viscosity of the paint falling in the water. Agent B is put into the return inlet of the circulating pool to separate the water and the paint slag, and the paint slag in the water is condensed and suspended to facilitate the salvage or slag scraping machine.
Through the experiment, let’s briefly introduce what is the difference before and after the use of paint mist coagulant?
1. Paint residue
When the paint mist coagulant is not used, the paint slag is easy to stick, caking, precipitating and not easy to handle.
However, after use, the viscosity of the paint in the water is completely removed, and the paint slag condenses and floats, which is easy to handle.
2. Circulating water status
When no paint mist coagulant is used, the circulating water is cloudy.
After use, the circulating water becomes clear.
3. COD content
When the paint mist coagulant is not used, the COD content is high, more than 6000mg/L.
After use, the COD content is reduced to 1000mg/L
4, the quality of circulating water
When the paint mist coagulant is not used, the circulating water has a strong odor.
After use, the odor is eliminated and no odor is detected
5. Pipeline status
When the paint mist coagulant is not used, the pipe louie is blocked, the circulating pump and the extraction fan are easy to bite and damage, and the maintenance and replacement cost is high.
After the trial, the pipeline is smooth, the use of equipment (water pump and exhaust fan) has a long service life, can reduce maintenance and damage parts, and reduce costs.
6. Condition of the water curtain
When the paint mist coagulant is not used, the water curtain outlet is easily blocked, and the water flow distribution is uneven, resulting in part of the paint mist is not absorbed, and the paint mist will be drawn out with the exhaust system, causing air pollution and damage to the paint finished product.
After use, the water curtain is complete and uniform, so that the spray room paint quality is improved, and will not cause air pollution.
7. Dredge
When no paint mist coagulant is used, paint residue will precipitate, easily adhere to the wall of the equipment pool, and it takes time and effort to collect paint residue.
After use, paint slag is easy to collect, saving labor.
8. Production Capacity
When the paint mist coagulant is not used, the cleaning and circulating water and equipment are easy to be damaged, and the high respray rate will affect the output.
After use, the water can be changed for 3-6 months, it is not often shut down, and the re-injection rate is low, which helps to improve the output.
9. Work safety
When the paint mist coagulant is not used, the air in the spray room workshop is cloudy, which will cause physical injury.
After use, the air in the spray room is good, which helps to improve production and efficiency.
10. Environmental protection
