Description
Water based acrylic emulsion, semi-matt, washable interior topcoat.
Application Areas

Surface Preparation
The surface should be dry and cleaned out of dirt, grease, old loose or flaking materials. The old paints should be sanded and removed. The surface should be smoothened by INPAST Acrylic Interior Paste. Smoothened surface should be left to dry for 24 hours.
Application
Dilute with 10 % water and apply in two coats. Stir thoroughly before using the paint and do not mix it with a paint of another trade-mark. After surface preparation, PRIME C 1/7 Concentrated Primer is diluted with water in the ratio of 1/7 (1 cup primer / 7 cups water) and applied as a single layer, left to dry for 24 hours. INTERCO Silicone Semi Matt is applied on the surface in two layers with a roller, brush or through spraying. The surface and the ambient temperature should be between +5°C and +30°C.
Consumption
0,110 - 0,120 L / m² for two layers.

Storage and Shelf Life
Shelf life is 2 years when stored unopened, dry and cool conditions.

Application Method
1. To make a better performance, please replace the water in recirculation system. Adjust the water PH value to 8-10 by using caustic soda. Make sure the water recirculation system PH value keeps 7-8 after adding coagulant of paint fog.
2. Add agent A at the pump of spray booth before spray job. After the one day work of spray job, add Agent B at salvage place, then salvage the paint residue suspension out of water.
3. The adding volume of Agent A & Agent B keeps 1:1. The paint residue in water recirculation reach 20-25 KG, the volume of A & B should be 2-3KGs each.( it is estimated data, need to be adjusted according to special circumstances)
4. When added to the water recirculation system, it could be handled by manual operation or by measuring pump. ( the adding volume should be 10~15% to excessive spray paint)
Safety handling:
It is corrosive to human skin and eyes, when it is handled please wear protection gloves and glasses. If skin or eye contact occurs, please flush with plenty of clean water.
Instructions for use
The process of air-painting produces a large amount of paint fog and organic solvent gas, which affects the operator's health and seriously pollutes the surrounding air and environment. According to the determination, the concentration of paint mist and organic solvent emitted from the spraying room is 300-2000mg/Nm3, but after using Xingrui's environment-friendly paint mist flocculant, the organic solvent is only 17.1mg/Nm3, and the paint mist removal rate reaches 99%, which effectively protects the environment and greatly improves the operating environment for workers.
Without using flocculant, the paint is not cohesive will adhere to the equipment, pipes, fans and pumps inside, causing water, air obstruction, so that the purification system can not operate normally, after adding flocculant paint is cohesive into puffy lumps, floating on the water surface, regular salvage, to ensure the normal operation of equipment, but also to avoid regular digging slag. After adding coalescing agent, water can be used for a long time, only need 3-6 months to clean up once on the line, purification system management is more convenient, further protect the environment.
Usage method
1, generally in the water were added to the same amount of total water 3 ~ 10 ‰ of Agent A and B, depending on the type of paint to add different ratios will be different.
2. Add 10~15% of agent A and B of the spray volume of paint, the amount of different types of paint added will be different, according to experiments and determine the best ratio to add.
3, the PH value of the tank liquid to maintain between 7.5 to 8.5, if not within the value of this range to add Agent A or B to adjust the PH value in a timely manner.
4. long-term storage of paint remover no mildew, deterioration phenomenon, there will be a small amount of precipitation in winter, the use of stirred dissolved in water quality will not be affected.
