Product introduction
Single component baked products. Including water-based acrylic amino paint, alkyd amino paint.Waterborne amino-acrylic baking enamel is a baking paint made of water-based resin, high-quality pigments and fillers, additives, water and amino resin. The coating film of this product can achieve the decorative effect of imitating aluminum-plastic panels, with excellent metallic texture and metallic luster, excellent gloss and color retention. The coating film is tough, impact and abrasion resistant, scratch resistance. It is resistant to acid, alkali, various chemicals and salt spray; it has high hardness and good adhesion. Product Application
◆ After WL-187 is neutralized with N, N-dimethylethanolamine( 5~6% of the resin), it can be directly diluted with water.
◆ Add methylated amino resin (20%-30% of the resin) for baking and curing. The baking temperature is above 120°C. The baking conditions and paint film properties are related to the amino resin used. When it used with the fully methylated amino resin, an acid catalyst(0.5-1% of the resin) must be added, and the baking temperature must be above 140°C.

Construction description
1. Clean the oil, rust, old patent leather and other dirt on the surface of the substrate before painting to ensure that the surface of the substrate is clean and dry.
2. Grinding wheel is used to remove welding bumps, spatter, and hardened layer on the workpiece surface. All free edge acute angles after gas cutting, shearing or machining should be polished to R2.
3. It is recommended to phosphating the substrate to achieve a better spraying effect.
4. Brush painting and spraying can be used for construction, and the paint should be stirred evenly before painting. If the viscosity is high, an appropriate amount of deionized water can be added, and the amount of water added should not exceed 10%, and it should be stirred while adding to ensure that the paint is uniform.
5. After painting, it should be levelled at room temperature for 3-5 minutes before entering the oven, and the temperature should not be adjusted to 140℃ immediately when baking. It is recommended to bake at 50℃ for 10 minutes and at 140℃ for 20 minutes
Storage and transportation
1. The product should be sealed and stored in a dry and well-ventilated warehouse with a storage temperature above 5 ° C and below 35 ° C to prevent direct exposure to water and sunlight, isolate the fire source, and stay away from the heat source.
2. If the product meets the storage conditions, the storage period is one year from the date of production, and the storage period can be tested beyond the storage period. If it meets the standards, it can still be used.
3. During the transportation process, the product should be prevented from cold, rain and sunlight exposure, and should comply with the relevant provisions of the transportation department.
Surface treatment
1. All surfaces to be coated shall be clean, dry and non-polluting, and all surfaces shall be evaluated and treated according to ISO8504:1992.
2. Grease shall be removed according to the requirements of the SSPC-SPI solvent cleaning standard.
3. Use the sandblasting cleaning method to make the surface meet the above standards. If oxidation occurs during the period from sandblasting to painting, the surface should be sandblasted again to meet the specified visual standards.
